Redis launches Context Engine for memory AI agents

Redis launched Context Engine, a new enterprise AI memory layer for agents to retain context and access live business data.

The three-part system includes Redis Context Retriever, Redis Agent Memory, and Redis Data Integration; two components are in preview and one is generally available.

It aims to fix a major weakness in autonomous agents by improving memory, accuracy, and grounding in current business context.

The move could make Redis a more central piece of enterprise AI infrastructure, especially for agent systems and data-heavy workflows.
