Photoshop adds "Rotate Object"; images are reconstructed in real time from a different viewpoint

Adobe released Photoshop desktop 27.6 with a new Rotate Object feature that keeps the source image intact while adjusting angle and tilt more naturally.

The update adds Firefly Image 5 plus expanded generative tools and support for multiple AI models, including Gemini and FLUX Kontext Pro.

Photoshop also improves layer organization, making complex edits easier to manage and more consistent.

Lightroom gets stronger search capabilities and performance improvements for faster, smoother photo workflows.
