‘Father of PlayStation’ Ken Kutaragi to make rare public appearance at UK’s Game Republic event

Ken Kutaragi will appear as a keynote speaker at Game Republic New Horizons in Middlesbrough this October.

He will take part in an on-stage interview with journalist Chris Dring and host a meet-and-greet for attendees.

Kutaragi is credited as the architect of the original PlayStation, PS2 and PS3 and left Sony in 2007.

He currently serves as CEO of Ascent Robotics and Cyber AI Entertainment.
