China Cracking Down on the Types of AI That Are Tearing America Apart

China's Cyberspace Administration published draft rules to regulate AI "digital humans."

The draft would require visible labels on AI-generated characters and ban likenesses of people made without consent.

It would also bar virtual intimate-AI services for anyone under 18 and sets penalties for violations.
