Nvidia Challenges Apple Silicon With New RTX Spark PC Chip

Nvidia unveiled RTX Spark Superchip at Computex, its first consumer PC chip built for laptops and desktops.

The Arm-based chip combines a Blackwell RTX GPU and Grace CPU, targeting on-device AI agents plus creative and gaming workloads.

Nvidia is positioning RTX Spark as a competitor to Apple Silicon, especially Apple’s M5, in integrated AI performance.

Microsoft’s upcoming 15-inch Surface Laptop Ultra will be among the first devices to use it, with more PC makers expected to follow.
