New Linux StarFighter laptop family debuts starting at $1,878 — Star Labs Systems' laptops arrive with spacious RAM, several options

Star Labs Systems has launched the StarFighter, its new Linux-first laptop family, after a long development and preorder delay.

The lineup starts at $1,878 with a 16-inch QHD display, Intel Core Ultra 5 125H, and 32GB of RAM.

Higher-end models offer Intel Core Ultra 9 285H or AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS, up to a 4K 120Hz display, and 64GB of RAM.

RAM is soldered, but storage can be upgraded.

The launch adds another premium Linux laptop option alongside brands like Framework, Tuxedo, and Slimbook.
