Starcloud Inks $170M Series A Financing

Starcloud raised $170 million in a Series A at a $1.1 billion valuation.

The company became a unicorn 17 months after its Y Combinator demo day, the fastest in YC history.

The round was split into two tranches led by Benchmark and EQT and brought total funding to $200 million.

The funding included participation from global funds and notable angel investors.
