PC players must wait for GTA 6 because they aren't the "core" audience and spend less on GTA Online

Take-Two says it is focusing Grand Theft Auto VI on its console “core” audience for now, with no PC release date announced.

The game is set to launch on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles on November 19.

Leaked analytics suggest PC players make up a much smaller share of GTA Online weekly activity and bookings than PS5 and PS4 users.

The revenue split may help explain why Take-Two is prioritizing the platforms that generate most ongoing spending.
