Blackmagic Camera Hands-On: Apple Watch Compatibility Gives Vloggers Remote Control

Blackmagic Design updated its free Blackmagic Camera app to version 3.3.

The new Apple Watch companion app can monitor video, start and stop recording, and apply LUTs.

The app already includes pro tools like manual controls, ProRes recording, scopes, and stabilization.

The Watch integration is especially useful for vloggers and other solo creators filming without a crew.
