YouTube has three new big podcast features, but they're all paywalled

YouTube is rolling out three new podcast features for Premium subscribers.

The additions include on-the-go mode with easier transport controls, auto speed that adjusts playback by speech segment, and expanded Ask Music podcast recommendations.

Ask Music can suggest podcasts by genre, mood, or listening history, making discovery more personalized.

The new tools build on existing options like background play and faster playback, but remain subscriber-only.
