A PassMark listing suggests AMD is preparing a Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D desktop CPU.

The leak points to 16 Zen 5 cores with 3D V-Cache, making it the first 16-core Ryzen PRO desktop chip.

Early benchmark data is incomplete, but performance appears close to the Ryzen 9 9950X3D.

It is still unclear whether the chip will use a 65W or 170W TDP.
