NVIDIA Releases Cosmos 3 Edge: A 4B-Parameter Open World Model That Reasons and Generates Robot Actions On-Device

NVIDIA launched Cosmos 3 Edge, an on-device world model for robotics and vision AI.

The 4B-parameter model is designed to run locally on edge hardware.

It can understand scenes, reason about them, and generate robot actions.

NVIDIA also released a robot manipulation policy variant post-trained on the DROID dataset.

The move brings advanced world-model reasoning and action generation closer to real-time edge deployment.
