X Money Begins Limited US Rollout

X has begun a limited US rollout of X Money for eligible Premium and Premium+ users age 18+, following an invite-only beta.

The service includes deposit accounts, peer-to-peer payments, and debit cards, with integrations for Visa and Apple Wallet.

Deposits are held at Cross River Bank, highlighting both X’s push into financial services and questions around trust, structure, and FDIC coverage.
