Subnautica 2 dev confirms there's no gen AI “at all” in its survival sequel

Unknown Worlds says Subnautica 2 contains no generative AI.

The studio declined Krafton’s optional AI tools because they didn’t fit the workflow.

Any AI in the game is traditional programmed behavior, not generative content.

Krafton is now focused on supporting the game’s Early Access launch.
