Alexa+ can now make AI podcasts on any topic if you don’t like human podcasts

Amazon has launched Alexa Podcasts for Alexa+ in the U.S., letting users generate short, podcast-style episodes on nearly any topic in minutes.

Users can review and refine an outline before the audio is created, then listen in the Alexa app or on Echo Show devices.

The feature pulls from more than 200 news and media sources, including AP, Reuters, The Washington Post, TIME, and others.

The move expands Alexa+ from a voice assistant into a personalized AI audio platform and could challenge traditional podcasts and news briefings.
