Naver upgraded its shopping app’s AI Shopping Agent from a search-and-summarize tool to a proactive shopping assistant.

It now analyzes users’ activity history and trends to start conversations first and recommend personalized products and options by condition.

The move strengthens Naver’s push into personalized commerce and agentic shopping within Naver Plus Store.
