AI infrastructure software company Lablup received approval for KOSDAQ preliminary listing review from the Korea Exchange.

The approval came about two months after the company filed in May, signaling a faster path toward going public.

Lablup plans to use listing proceeds to strengthen R&D and expand overseas, led by Backend.AI, GPU virtualization, and its resource orchestration technology.
