‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’ Review: Do A Barrel Roll!

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie continues the story after the first film with Bowser kept in mini form.

Bowser Jr. captures Rosalina to power a giant weapon, prompting Mario, Luigi, Yoshi and Peach to rescue her.

The film leans heavily on Super Mario Galaxy game references, gravity-based set pieces, and includes a cameo from Fox McCloud.

The voice cast's performances were praised and the movie opens in theaters on April 1.
