Google Photos exports will finally stop wasting your bandwidth

Google is upgrading Google Takeout for Google Photos with incremental exports after the first full download.

Users can now schedule exports every two months for up to a year, with each export including only new photos and videos.

Exports can be delivered by email or sent to Drive, Dropbox, or Box, with ZIP files up to 50GB.

The change should reduce repeated large downloads for people backing up or moving photo libraries, saving time, storage, and bandwidth.
