Stability AI and EA Partner to Empower Artists, Designers, and Developers to Reimagine Game Development

Stability AI and Electronic Arts have formed a strategic partnership to co-develop generative AI models, tools, and workflows for game creation.

The first focus areas include faster production of PBR materials, 2D textures, and AI systems for pre-visualizing 3D environments.

EA says the tools are meant to speed up prototyping, asset creation, and world-building while keeping artistic control with creative teams.
