Newbility expanded robot remote monitoring by adopting Amazon Kinesis Video Streams WebRTC instead of RTSP.

The system now uses Signaling Channel to establish P2P connections without a separate signaling server, reducing operational complexity.

Connection quality metrics are collected to monitor control status, while TWCC helps adjust bitrate on unstable networks such as LTE.

The shift improves low-latency video delivery and makes remote oversight easier to scale across more sites and external users.
