Inviting hard questions

Anthropic launched a public initiative asking people to submit hard questions about AI’s impact on jobs, society, families, science, and medicine.

The company says it has already gathered concerns through large surveys, interviews, focus groups, and user data, and will publicly track the actions it takes in response.

The effort reflects a broader push by AI companies to build trust by addressing public concerns and tying product development more closely to safety and societal impact.
