Perplexity's New Mac App Brings Personal Computer to Pro Users

Perplexity launched a new Mac app for its Personal Computer AI agent.

The agent is now available to Pro and Enterprise subscribers, not just Max users.

It can work with local Mac files and apps, browse the web, and run in a secure sandbox.

Users can trigger it by text or voice, and the older Mac app will be retired soon.
