This New Mac App Locks the Keyboard to Prevent Chaos When Your Cat Tramples All Over It

Indie developer Todd Alexander launched Cats Lock, a $3 Mac app for preventing cat-triggered accidental typing.

The app can lock the keyboard from the menu bar or via a shortcut, and it supports warning sounds or custom audio.

Cats Lock includes a stealth mode and can automatically unlock when the screen goes to sleep.

It’s aimed at cat owners who want to stop unwanted keystrokes without interrupting normal Mac use.
