ScaleFlux releases PCIe Gen6 NVMe SSD controller and CXL 3.2 Type 3 memory controller - IT之家

ScaleFlux launched two new chips: the FC6116 PCIe 6.0 NVMe SSD controller and the MC600 PCIe Gen6/CXL 3.2 Type 3 memory controller.

FC6116 targets large-scale AI storage, with up to 28GB/s read and 25GB/s write performance and support for multiple NAND types and form factors.

MC600 is built for memory expansion, using a PCIe Gen6 PHY and supporting DDR5 and DDR4 configurations, with up to 2TB via DDR5.

Both products aim to improve PCIe Gen6 performance while lowering power use and deployment costs for servers and data centers.
