OpenAI is acquiring Promptfoo announced acquisition of Promptfoo.

Will integrate Promptfoo technology into Frontier, promptfoo technology to be integrated into OpenAI Frontier after acquisition closes.

Promptfoo tools are used by over 25% of Fortune 500 companies offers enterprise tools and an open-source CLI and library for evaluating LLM applications.

Frontier platform will make automated security testing native to Frontier includes automated security testing and red-teaming features to detect prompt injections, jailbreaks, data leaks, and misuse.

Will provide integrated reporting and traceability, features to document testing and monitor changes for governance and compliance.
