The White House released a new app called "The White House" for Android and iOS.

Researchers decompiled the app and reported code that can track location and share data with third parties.

Investigators found YouTube embeds loading from a personal GitHub account and iOS code that declared no location collection while containing GPS capability.

Experts also reported removed privacy consent banners and minimal security protections inside the app.
