Handysoft changes its name to 'Polaris AI Handy'... resets direction as an AI business innovation company

Handysoft officially changed its name to Polaris AI Handy at an extraordinary general meeting, formalizing its shift into an AI transformation (AX) company.

The company plans to combine its groupware with Polaris Group’s AI technologies to expand document AI, intelligent search, and automation features.

It also aims to scale public-sector AX cases and expand into B2B SaaS, robotics, and physical AI businesses.
