Google unveiled Gemini Intelligence for Android, a new AI feature set that can automate multi-step tasks, use visual context, improve autofill, and generate polished text.

Gemini in Chrome will also summarize and compare web content, extending Google’s assistant deeper into everyday browsing and app use.

Rollout begins in summer 2026 on Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices, then expands later to other Android devices.

The expansion signals a broader push to bring Gemini across phones, smartwatches, cars, glasses, and laptops.
