A one-wheeled robot that doesn't fall over…patrols 24 hours a day with AI

Estonian startup Rollo Robotics has unveiled 1ROLLO, a one-wheel autonomous security patrol robot.

Using AI and 360-degree vision, it detects anomalies such as people and vehicles and alerts control systems in real time.

It can travel at up to 30 km/h, patrol for up to 8 hours on a single charge, and then recharge itself.

The robot is aimed at ports, industrial sites, and data centers, with a launch planned for 2027.
