Spotify rolls out a smart feature to bring a ‘new dimension’ to music discovery

Spotify launched the SongDNA feature, spotify launched a feature named SongDNA.

SongDNA appears as a card in the Now Playing view that users can tap to open, songDNA appears as a card in the Now Playing view and can be opened by tapping.

Displays song credits and related creative elements such as writers, producers, collaborators, samples, interpolations, and covers, songDNA displays writers, producers, collaborators, samples, interpolations, and covers related to the current track.

Lets users tap creators to browse more songs and view collaboration counts and top collaborations, users can tap listed creators to see more songs and collaboration details.

Availability is available in beta to Spotify Premium users on iOS and Android and will roll out to all Premium users by the end of April 2026 beta feature availability and rollout timing.
