Leaks suggest Samsung is testing a wider Galaxy Z Fold 8 variant with a more phone-like outer display.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide is said to use dual 50MP rear cameras, support 8K video, and skip a telephoto lens.

That could make the foldable easier to use day to day, but the lack of zoom may hurt its premium appeal.

By contrast, the standard Galaxy Z Fold 8 may keep a triple-camera setup with a 200MP main sensor.
