CapCut's tablet app changes the game for Android video editors, at no cost

CapCut has launched CapCut Pad, a free Android tablet video editor now available on the Play Store.

The app is optimized for larger screens and adds desktop-like tools such as keyframes, slow motion, chroma key, and stabilization.

It also supports 4K 60fps HDR export, giving tablet users a more capable mobile editing workflow.

The release fills a gap for Android tablet creators who previously had to use a phone-style app.
