Image editing in Google Photos may soon gain more enhancements

Google Photos has been adding AI-powered editing tools since its 10th anniversary update last May.

Android Authority reports Google may cut AI Enhance's output from three generated images to one and split the tool into AI Enhance I and II.

The app is testing UI changes including relocating certain shortcuts to the tools menu and surfacing editing items without the large Tools button.
