The company is shifting more production traffic to GPT-5.4 mini and nano, alongside reasoning and deterministic models.

Its hybrid system uses multiple guardrails to handle fraud, blocked payments, and identity checks with low latency and strong compliance.

The goal is to let banks resolve complex customer issues in real time while reducing handoffs, delays, and operational risk.
