Google now lets you use your face to log in if you’re locked out of your account

Google is rolling out Selfie Sign-In, a face-based account recovery option for users locked out of their accounts.

The feature lets people verify identity with a recorded selfie video and head movements when they can’t use a password or 2FA device.

Google says it includes anti-spoofing checks designed to limit deepfake and impersonation abuse.

Selfie Sign-In is available on mobile and desktop as it begins rolling out now.
