Valve just completely changed the Deadlock Urn again, days after its rework spawned a weekend of mayhem

Valve has issued another emergency Deadlock update, reworking Soul Urn after the last change made matches too chaotic.

The Urn now deposits at a side-lane bridge, with no sprint disable, added movement bonuses, longer deposit/contest windows, and a larger collision radius.

The losing team’s resist aura is down to 35%, while the favored Urn for trailing teams spawns in a more accessible spot.

The goal is to preserve comeback pressure and team fights while reducing the map-wide chaos caused by the previous rework.
