For enterprise AI tools, Anthropic ranks first in growth rate and Microsoft 365 has the most accounts, Okta announces survey results

Okta’s survey of anonymized usage data from more than 20,000 companies found Anthropic led AI tool growth in enterprises.

Microsoft 365 had the largest number of enterprise accounts, showing scale still matters alongside growth.

Google Workspace, GitHub, Cursor and others also ranked highly, with many companies using multiple AI services at once.

The findings suggest enterprise AI adoption is shifting toward a multi-tool strategy rather than choosing a single platform.
