AEON to Open "Soyora Hitachino-Ushiku" in November

AEON Retail will open the urban shopping center "Soyora Hitachino Ushiku" in Ushiku, Ibaraki, in November.

The site is a fully renovated former commercial complex connected directly to JR Hitachino-Ushiku Station by a deck.

The new center will feature a food hall, kids-oriented facilities, and health-focused retail areas.

Its core tenant will be AEON Style Hitachino Ushiku, supporting a small-catchment, frequent-visit strategy in southern Ibaraki.
