Microsoft’s Office and LinkedIn chief now runs Teams in latest reshuffle

Microsoft is reorganizing its executive structure after Rajesh Jha’s retirement.

Ryan Roslansky will now oversee Teams through a new Work Experiences Group, expanding his role beyond LinkedIn.

Charles Lamanna is taking on a broader portfolio, including Copilot, Agents, Platform, Microsoft 365 Core, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Data Platform and Growth.

Several senior leaders are moving into new reporting lines, while Windows and Devices stays under Pavan Davuluri.

The new structure starts this week, with final reporting lines set to move to Satya Nadella on June 30.
