Eight tech giants deploy autonomous fleets across Singapore’s large-scale public test bed

Singapore is launching its first large-scale public test bed for mixed-use autonomous systems at Punggol Digital District.

The project will let companies trial delivery, cleaning, and security robots in public spaces under a special regulatory framework.

Partners include IMDA, JTC, SIT, Certis, DHL, Grab, QuikBot, and the Land Transport Authority, with support from the National Robotics Programme.

Singapore also announced a new Nvidia AI research lab focused on embodied AI, strengthening its push to become a hub for physical AI.
