SK hynix eyes over 200 trillion won in operating profit this year with HBM4 and 321-layer NAND

SK Hynix posted record-high second-quarter revenue and operating profit, driven by strong sales of AI data center HBM and high-capacity NAND.

Profitability improved sharply, with demand for HBM3E/HBM4 and eSSD lifting margins and reinforcing its leadership in AI memory.

The company plans to begin mass production of HBM4 in the second half and expand shipments of 321-layer NAND to sustain growth.

SK Hynix will continue heavy investment, including a 50 trillion won capex plan and new capacity at M15X and the Yongin cluster.
