Pokémon GO turns AED locations nationwide into PokéStops

Niantic will partner with the Japan AED Foundation to show some registered AED locations as PokéStops in Pokémon GO.

The rollout starts May 1, with about 1,000 locations mainly in Tokyo, and is planned to expand to roughly 13,000 nationwide by mid-July.

The goal is to make AED locations easier to notice through gameplay and encourage faster use in emergencies, improving survival chances.
