Microsoft announces Xbox Backward Compatibility for PC — will let gamers play classic console games on PCs and handhelds

Xbox has launched a new backward compatibility program that brings classic Xbox games to PCs and handheld devices.

The first batch includes titles like BLiNX: The Time Sweeper, Conker: Live and Reloaded, Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, and Fuzion Frenzy.

The program supports digital purchases, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Play Anywhere, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.

It extends game preservation beyond consoles, giving players more ways to access and play older Xbox titles.
