PeopleBio trading halted due to stock consolidation

Korea Exchange said PeopleBio’s common shares will be suspended from trading due to electronic registration changes tied to a stock consolidation.

The suspension starts on Aug. 3, 2026 and lasts until the day before the new shares are listed.

Investors will not be able to trade PeopleBio shares during the suspension period.

PeopleBio is an Alzheimer’s blood diagnostics company listed on KOSDAQ.
