I built a sovereign self-healing AI development system from scratch using Hyperdimensional Computing — no LLMs, no cloud, no APIs

A developer says they built Vitalis FSI, a fully local AI system developed over four years on personal hardware.

It reportedly uses hyperdimensional computing and a custom C engine to reason, adapt, switch modes by context, and self-heal.

The system is said to run without cloud services, external APIs, or large language models, with millisecond-level cognitive cycles in benchmark runs.

GitHub and Hugging Face links were shared, positioning it as an alternative path for autonomous offline software systems.
