Sony’s wearable cooler evolved by -2°C: new design “REON POCKET 6”

Sony Thermo Technology launched the sixth-generation neck-worn wearable cooling/heating device, REON POCKET 6, on May 12.

The new model adds a thermomodule that can lower the cold-side temperature by up to 2°C, plus adjustable airflow parts and on-device buttons.

It also revealed pricing, battery life, and size details, making the product more concrete for consumers.

By improving cooling performance and usability without requiring a smartphone, the device becomes more practical for heat-countermeasure wearables.
