Acer Says Hey, We Can Do Smart Glasses Too

Acer announced two smart-glasses models coming later this year: the $500 AR Vision GR0 and the $300 G10 AI Glasses.

The AR Vision GR0 has 1080p micro-OLED displays and built-in speakers, while the G10 adds a camera, microphones, speakers, and a Google Gemini-powered AI assistant.

Both glasses will work with Acer’s AspireSync app on Android and iOS.

The launch puts Acer into a fast-growing smart-glasses market and adds pressure on rivals like Meta, TCL, Xreal, and Viture.

The category is expanding quickly, but better software and AI integration still remain major challenges.
