Ferrari's first EV brings 1,000 horsepower, four motors, a $640,000 price tag, and Jony Ive design input

Ferrari unveiled the Luce, its first fully electric production car, marking the brand’s entry into full electrification.

The EV uses a four-motor setup with just over 1,000 horsepower, an 800-volt structural battery, and fast-charging capability.

Ferrari says the Luce combines extreme performance with advanced chassis tech, including rear-wheel steering and Torque Shift Engagement.

Design input from Jony Ive’s LoveFrom helped shape the car’s aerodynamic, premium look; pricing is expected to start around $640,000.
