Embracer Will Spin Off 'Fellowship Entertainment' Into Its Own Company

Embracer plans to spin off Fellowship Entertainment into a standalone company in 2027.

The division will keep key franchises such as Tomb Raider and Middle-earth, while seeking partnerships for dormant IP.

Founder Lars Wingefors said the move is meant to improve management focus and unlock more value from the asset base.

The restructuring comes as Embracer remains under scrutiny for layoffs and broader portfolio changes.
